Where can I buy Tickets?

When I buy tickets, I go to a Fareharbor website?

Can we buy tickets at the Levee, or just show up for a tour?

At this time, we do not have a kiosk on Newport on the Levee to purchase tickets. It is not recommended that you just show up for a tour, as it might be sold out. You could always call us first for last minute reservations. All tickets are purchased online from our website.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be 24 hours before the tour to receive a full refund. We ask private tours to cancel at least two weeks before their scheduled tour, so that we can reopen the tour to the public.

Why does the Cincinnati tour start in Newport KY?

Finding parking in downtown Cincinnati can be very difficult. We wanted to provide a safe, easy to access hub for our departures. There are plenty of food and entertainment options at the Levee to keep you occupied both before and after your tour. Plus, you will learn some facinating things about Newport and Covington.

What does the tour cover?

We have about 40 Points of Interests (POI) on the tour. We begin at Newport, Drive through the historic riverside district of Covington before heading over in to Cincinnati. We cover too much history to list, but we do have a "hop off" portion at Union Terminal for 20 minutes.

Do we have a tour guide?

yes...no...sorta. Our tour is very unique and is chalked full of technology. Our historians written scripts about each Point of Interest (POI), were professionaly recorded and paired up with hundreds of archived photos about each stop.

It is triggered by GPS coordinates, so when the driver enters the POI area, the video and narration begin playing on 6 color monitors. The driver pulls over in front of the POI so that you can see both the before and after. No other tour company offers this.

Do you offer Private group tours?

yes, if you have a group of 15 or more, we can offer you a group rate. We would send you a promo code so that each of your guests can purchase their own tickets or we can send one invoice if there is just one person responsible for paying.

For a Private tour, you must have between 15-25. Discounts vary based on how many you end up with.

How long is the tour?

The tour last just about two hours. This includes a 20 minute stop at Union Terminal to stretch your legs and see the maginficent rontda inside.
